Details

In minister of finance website they mention that every minister and department should send summary of their spending to minister of finance, it is unclear how, and if they should send it ever month or year.

According to IBP's Open Budget Survey there are year end reports and audit reports. In the Open Budget Library the last year end report is from 2012 which indicates that the data does not exist (it's from 2 fiscal periods ago).
