Totally the same, but one thing different in 2014.

Users can find some budget data in third party website, data.gov.tw by Taiwan gov.

We can find the budget of 2014 in XML format in our data.gov.tw website: http://data.gov.tw/node/9167

But we can't find the same format data in their official site.
