Tajikistan has a "Legal register of taxpayers" online which can be searched and browsed (by submitting a blank search) and includes information on private entities and legal entities which pay tax. The data license is open according to the legislation on access to information - http://www.andoz.tj/

It includes entity names, tax numbers and registration dates, but is unarguably still a tax register and not a companies register. Therefore it is not possible to say with certainty whether Tajikistan has the data as detailed by the Index.
