Details

The data is hard to find at the government's budget website but the mid-year report for fiscal year 2014/2015 indicates that the data exists but the level of aggregation does not indicate it to be digital (it's very likely but further proof is lacking).

There are some budget documents on the budget website but they are not very detailed so it's hard to say if the transactional data is digital or not.
