I have found mentions of the fact they are collecting water quality data http://apps.unep.org/publications/pmtdocuments/-Report%20on%20Integrating%20Management%20of%20Watersheds%20and%20Coastal%20Areas%20in%20Small%20Island%20Developing%20States%20of%20the%20Caribbean:%20The%20Barbados%20National%20Report-2001Report%20on%20Integrating%20Management%20of%20Watersheds%20and%20Coastal%20Areas%20-%20Barbados%20National%20Report.pdf
Also they have a report listing water quality as important to know and are treating water. http://barbadoswaterauthority.com/?page_id=58
So they have the data it is just not available online.
