Only change since 2013 entry is 'updated in a timely manner' being changed from 'Yes' to 'Unsure' because there are no indications of the frequency of updates.

Largely correct submission, I only changed 'updated in a timely manner' from 'No' to 'Unsure' (although 2013 entry states 'Yes') because there are no indications of the frequency of updates.
