The data mentioned is a data visualisation, not a proper data. I could not find the proper data under the D4D challenge in the Ivory Coast (data provider). But I did find national statistics published by the National Institute of Statistics und available here: http://cotedivoire.africadata.org/ and http://www.ins.ci/n/nada/index.php/catalog The data therefore exists, but this ist not the one submitted here.
