The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda is the main provider of official statistics for the country and the majority of datasets are available on their website: http://indicators.statistics.gov.rw/

I couldn't find any license on the site. The national statistics website - http://statistics.gov.rw/ has © National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda, 2012 and therefore I changed the the license from 'Yes' to 'No'
