In order to satisfy the minimum requirements for this category, data should be available on level of the following chemicals by water source and be updated at least weekly:

  • nitrates
  • TDS (Total dissolved solids)

Seems they do have regulations on water quality http://rsb.gov.ae/en/publications/detail/the-water-quality-regulations-fourth-edition

The suppliers are in charge of meeting regulations and monitoring water quality. If it does exist it is at the local level.
