I have done a significant amount of investigation and these are my conclusions:

• No data appears to be available directly from the Ministry of Transport - http://www.transports.gouv.ci/
• Data would most like be available from the "STRUCTURES SOUS TUTELLES" (Independent Bodies over which the government has authority)
• Itinerary information is available from the Société Nationale de Transport Interurbain's website: http://www.sntri.com.tn/html_fr/presentation_sntri.php
• Itinerary Information is available from the Société de Transport Abidjanais website http://www.sotra.ci/www/index.php?rub=itin

It appears that the data is available from the Chamber of Commerce but you need to email them to get access, but they have never replied. - Website: http://www.cci.ci/index.php/informer/information-economique-liste-des-entreprises-et-fichiers-de-prospects

Some spending data is available in PDF from the Ministere Aupres du Premier Ministre Charge du Budget.

It is safe to assume that more detailed and timely spending data exists and is in a digital format.

Whether more detailed and timely data would be available for free is difficult to determine.

The National Assembly website does have a "Travaux Parlementiares" tab under which it would appear, national legislation is suppose to be published. Unfortunately, most links are either dead or do not navigate to anything.

postcodes/zipcodes not used however a 2 digit post office code can be used when addressing mail.

After significant amount of research on government websites of Côte d'Ivoire and on Google it appears that this data does not exist yet. Some evidence for this: - no government agency seems to be responsible for gathering this type of data (for instance the Statistical Agency "Institut Nacional de la Statistique" doesn't produce this type of data and searching on google for "institut geographique côte d'ivoire" shows that such institution existed in the 1980s but today does not have any presence on the internet. The administrative boundaries have been published by Orange Lab, a telecommunications company together with locations of their transmission towers (http://sodexo.orange-labs.fr/GEOM_SUB_PREFECTURE.zip). The data is available in shapefile format which is vector data and the scale can not be determined. As it is not the full dataset required here, the evaluation is that detailed map data at a scale of 1:250,000 or better doesn't currently exist for Côte d'Ivoire.
