Map data is not available online at all. On Morocco's Open Data portal, very few details are available, e.g. postal codes and post offices geolocation (http://www.data.gov.ma/data/fr/group/cartographie) yet this is not what this indicator is about.

It is thus unknown how the data is handled, whether it is up-to-date, whether it is available in digital formats at all, etc.
