Records of actual (past) national government spending at a detailed transactional level; A database of contracts awarded or similar will not considered sufficient. This data category refers to detailed ongoing data on actual expenditure. Data submitted in this category should meet the following minimum criteria:

• Individual record of transactions.
• Date of the transactions
• Government office which had the transaction
• Name of vendor
• amount of the transaction
• Update on a monthly basis

The available data is not as precise as requested by the indicator. Although available in a machine-readable format, the data is not available for bulk download (each file needs to be downloaded individually).

The Ministry of Economy and Finances also releases data on the Open Data portal (http://www.data.gov.ma/data/fr/organization/b428a1d6-2c1b-409a-a7e6-46272f2cf4c9?tags=budget ). Copyright by the institution although each dataset on data.gov.ma may display individual license (ODbL). The licensing terms being confusing and the general website's terms being priority, data is thus considered non-open.
