The budget is accessible and downloadable via an interface as a CSV file. The interface is not a burden but a filtering mechanism to allow people to choose fiscal year (or all years). Therefore it is said to be available in bulk.

2015 budget is available and is therefore made available on a timely basis.

This is the map available by the National Register System. However, there is a different dataset from the National University, available in open source in the link: http://www.mapoteca.geo.una.ac.cr/index.php/home.html

All information of laws and other valid legislation is avalilable there. Lawyers use this information daily.

There is partial information, hard to find but available. Major pollutants can be found by categories (air, water, solids, etc.). All the information is in PDF. The most recent report is from 2011.

The postal codes are made up of province, canton and districts (each assigned a number) and made available via an interactive form, one at a time. The map data, available at http://www.snitcr.go.cr/ does include the breakdown of provinces, cantons and districts so the data can be found and merged together but it is not easily accessible.

Geolocation is no sufficient for this dataset type.

There is data available but not in digital form. If a citizen wants the information, he/she must go physically to the Registro National to get it. There is a new format to register new companies, (http://www.crearempresa.go.cr) but the information available is only for companies that registered using it. If a company was registered before using the traditional format, it will not be available in the digital platform.

There is scattered information about transportation and timetables. From the government, we only get information on routes – http://www.aresep.go.cr/index.php/inicio/mapas-de-rutas-de-autobuses

There is no national timetables managed by the government, but by each company that have a licensed route. There is information for the train in the Gran Area Metropolitanea (Great Metropolitan Area), but it might not represent the reality. To access this information go to www.incofer.go.cr It may not be up to date. Each company may have online information about their service. In many cases, information available might not be accurate to the reality. not available in one single URL

There are maps by a regulator agency, by route and in jpg. and not all routes have a map.
