The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda is the main provider of official statistics for the country and the majority of datasets are available on their website: http://indicators.statistics.gov.rw/

As well as providing high-level maps, the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) also provides GIS datasets and shapefiles for the country's national, provincial, district, sector and cell level boundaries on their website at http://www.statistics.gov.rw/geodata

All new laws passed by the Rwandan parliament are 'gazetted' and then published on the website of the Office of the Prime Minister in PDF form. Unfortunately the gazettes can each contain several laws passed on a single date so this can make it more complicated to find the correct law that you are looking for as they are indexed by the date of the gazette rather than by the title of the legislation.

Rwandan legislation is published in all three of the official national languages: English, French and Kinyarwanda.

Rwanda's national budget documents are available from http://www.minecofin.gov.rw/index.php?id=183 on the MINECOFIN ministry website but there are also several annex documents for the budget published at http://www.minecofin.gov.rw/index.php?id=182 in PDF form.

Rwanda's company register is held and maintained by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB). Their website is http://www.rdb.rw/.

The company register is not currently publicly available but I understand that work is currently underway to allow the RDB to supply this data to the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) so that it could be published on the NISR website to provide public access to the data.

Rwanda's Ministry of Infrastructure (MINIFRA) are responsible for transport in Rwanda and acts as a regulator, but they do not provide public transport across the country: http://www.mininfra.gov.rw/

Some local/regional authorities like the City of Kigali do provide some details on their website of public transport/bus timetables but the information is in text form and it is not clear how reliable the information is as private operators provide the services: http://www.kigalicity.gov.rw/spip.php?article1174&var_recherche=transport
