Data is updated in the API on a daily basis.
Despite the official description, only basic data is available for for free, while advanced details about a corporation (e.g. debt status, insolvency) requires identification and payment.
The Data is available but need a consent from the office for being use in other projects. It is replacing an old and disfunctional national map site. It is not clear when and how often it is being updated.
Some of the data is available, but in a non-systematic means of publication. Only laws from the 2002 onwards can be found via the Knesset (Israeli Parliament) website. Furthermore, the data is not publicly licensed. At the moment a complete set of all Israeli bills can be found through private companies.
A historic repository of legislation, since the inauguration of Israel and up until 2001, can be found [in this legislation database, yet it is not working for the past couple of years.. Basic and special interest laws can also be read in English and in Russian.
The data is not publicly available and some of it was just released through a FOI request (October 2014). We do not know in which format the data is.
The Israeli Postal Company does not allow to download zipcode data in bulk, and there is no other official source for this data after the Israeli Post has been privatized. The data is only providing the street and house number but do not supply lat/long co-ordinates.
