In July 2014, The Department of Public Transportation published a PATI (Public Access to Information) Information statement. It can be found here:

Seemingly no changes since 2013 submission.

The current website contains the results of all general elections since 1963. However, many by-elections and municipal elections are missing.

The website also contains downloadable maps of the current constituency boundaries.

The Department of Statistics provides census data as a report. As for the digest of statistics this seems to be spread over a number of different reports per category and reporting period.

Funded by the Government of Bermuda's Department of Environmental Protection, the Air Quality Program undertakes routine measurements at sites around the island (BIOS, Fort Prospect, East Broadway, and BELCO) to quantify the presence of various pollutants, including:

The data are, however, not publicly available.

Only change since 2013 entry is 'updated in a timely manner' being changed from 'Yes' to 'Unsure' because there are no indications of the frequency of updates.

Budget data are up to date and available in pdf format. No evidence of an open data license.
